The precious metal is trading at $15.88 per ounce at 09:40 GMT this morning, 0.25% higher from the New York close. During the session, silver traded at a high of $15.89 per ounce and a low of $15.76 per ounce. In the New York session yesterday, silver fell 0.78% and closed at $15.84 per ounce. Immediate downside, the first support level is seen at $15.70 per ounce, while on the upside, the first resistance level is at $16.05 per ounce.

 Oil

The commodity is trading at $61.38 per barrel at 09:40 GMT this morning, 0.31% higher from the New York close. Crude oil witnessed a high of $61.48 per barrel and a low of $60.98 per barrel during the session. In the New York session yesterday, crude oil rose 2.09% to close at $61.19 per barrel. Yesterday, the API revealed that US stock inventories eased for the eighth consecutive week, declining by 3.2 million barrels in the last week. Immediate downside, the first support level is seen at $60.12 per barrel, while on the upside, the first resistance level is at $62.06 per barrel.
